We want you to get your Roselli product as soon as possible. That's why we do everything in our power to quickly process your order.

For deliveries to the UK we have partnered up with DHL Express.

Shipping options
With our standard shipping (6-10 days), the shipping fee will be added to your order after you have selected shipping options. Shortly after we send your order, you will receive either an email or text message with the tracking code and estimated delivery time. 

Please note:
Any order shipped to a destination outside of the region Europe may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. As the recipient, you are the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Exact import taxes and duties vary, depending on the destination country. Import taxes and duties for regions outside of Europe are collected by the international carrier upon delivery. 

Return Policy
All customers have the right to regret the purchase within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods. Even if the customer regrets the purchase, he or she must collect the goods and after that return it to Roselli Oy. If returning, the receipt must be attached. Please contact Roselli Oy before returning the goods. When returning the purchase, the goods must be in the same condition as when delivered. Engraved products are not covered by the return policy. The customer must pay for the return freight and is also responsible for delivery to Roselli Oy. Returned products will be compensated with the value of goods.
